Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine to support our HR team with up to date UK employment law guidance, policy templates, and practical advice. It helps us manage risk, ensure compliance, and make confident people decisions across the organisation, particularly in complex or fast moving employee relations scenarios or in the absence of outsourced legal resource.

We are currently using Brightmine’s core HR and Compliance functionality only. Our usage primarily focuses on accessing employment law guidance, policy templates / letters, and practical HR resources. We do not use any additional modules or add-ons such as automated handbook management, compensation planning, or pay equity analytics at this time.
Brightmine strengthens my role as an HR Director by providing reliable market data, benchmarking insights and regulatory guidance to inform fair, competitive and compliant people decisions. It supports workforce planning, pay strategy, and policy development, enabling me to advise leadership confidently while aligning talent strategy with business objectives and risk management.
Our experience with the customer success team has honestly been mixed and, overall, not particularly positive. Our interactions did not consistently add value and there were instances where the guidance provided lacked clarity or confidence, which really limited the impact of the support on our overall experience with Brightmine. There was also no attempt to build relationships between Brightmine and our org from a CS POV.
