Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

As a HR Advisor, I use Brightmine for a lot of reasons such as, utilising templates, research, advice and the manage training documentation/slides are very useful.
I also find the employment law updates beneficial.

Offers a wealth of support, advice and resources.
We had a one to one session with the customer success team in helping to demonstrate what Brightmine has to offer and how to navigate the website.

As previously mentioned, the templates are useful in supporting me with project work where we may be looking to update or implement new processes.
I deliver training to managers and the vast amount of resources and topics available have always met my needs.
