Overall Satisfaction with Broadridge Client Information Management
This is used for client information management as well as timely client updates. I am able to update information and it can be seen and reviewed by my client in real time. Also this integrates with compliance so immediate reviews and educational publications are distributed on a timely basis. No delay is caused on the information flow side.
- Interfaces with client view on mobile devices

- Several methods of sorting, reporting, and documenting are available to the user.
- Better customization of labelling would be helpful on reports
- Alert notification of chosen activities could be implemented
- A favorites of certain functions would be helpful to streamline navigation
- The remote functions have been great
- Library of marketing materials for client use.
- Client statement and tax reporting accessibility.
- Positive in that many marketing services are available that I had once paid to receive.
- Positive in the data collection service for performance reporting as a time saver
- Positive in retrieval of statements, tax reports on an annual and archive basis.
Artisan was evaluated but seen as a more costly system with too much customization needed. Broadridge Client Information Management is ready to use and the build out is less of a necessity. Artisan is available to those who would like more of a work in progress.
