Overall Satisfaction with Buddy Punch

We use Buddy Punch for all our scheduling and time tracking needs. It is then integrated with QuickBooks Desktop to assist in payroll and invoicing. The scheduling feature is very easy to use. It is a little cumbersome with availability and with setting up the link between QB and Buddy Punch, but once it is set up, it works well. It needs to add the ability to manually enter the mileage for a punch.

Most of my employees have figured it out pretty quickly, even the ones who are a little less technically savvy. If you have a phone, then you have the ability to use this app. There are a few quirky things with notes and punches that happen, but this may just be the employees.

Buddy Punch has been very good at customer service. Although it is online, the service has been good. There are few quirky setup items that needed to get hashed out between Buddy Punch and QuickBooks. It does struggle with the ability to track mileage manually and the ability for a manager to change someone's "availability."
