Overall Satisfaction with Capsule CRM
Capsule CRM was suggested to me by a friend this year and so far, we love it! This is only the second CRM system I have used and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to understand integrate it with G Suite. The big seller for us is that it's FREE for 250 people or less. A lot of our clients are small businesses or non-profits, so this is a great tool as you're building your network.
- Price: free for 250 people or less.
- Easy to use.
- Deleting files to free up space is difficult to do.
- Add reminders like birthdays or donorversarys.
- Simplified our relationships and customer management experiences.
- Add task reminders and opportunities to specific individuals or groups.
We simply could not afford to use the other platforms and felt this was the best choice for now! And, we're really happy with our decision because it includes everything we had wanted, and at a better price. We refer a lot of clients to this product and train them on how to use it. Once their business grows they usually upgrade to the paid version.
