Capsule CRM - the Budget CRM for your startup
Overall Satisfaction with Capsule CRM
It is used to allocate people's work, keeping track of customers, tag them to a specific group, keep track of sales pipeline and interaction with the leads, it helps in sending group emails, etc.
One of the best features I believe is the use of a feature called "tracks" that helps in setting up a path or flow of tasks to be done while working on a lead. We also create tasks for a particular deal if we want to. It also offers good integration support.

Pros
- "Tracks" option to set up tasks to be done in an order.
- Monitor and implement the sales pipeline.
Cons
- Lack of features as compared to other CRM software.
- Pretty basic UI needs to be made more appealing.
- Improves productivity.
- As the pricing is less compared to other CRM software it also gives better ROI.
- Zoho CRM, Zoho CRM Plus, HubSpot CRM, Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick), SalesBabu CRM and Agile CRM
It stacks up pretty well in basic features but lags behind in terms of CRM features and support, there is a lack of features as compared to the multitude of these software and support only exists over mail, a live chat feature would be much appreciated, integration with G-suite and even Office apps is still buggy and needs a lot of work. Although the pricing is less, the features are less as well, so it's almost true to say you get what you pay for.
