Overall Satisfaction with Carbonite EVault
We use EVault organization-wide to back up and store critical systems and data on local and off-site storage. It addresses quick backups as well as quick restore capabilities.
- Backup of systems and applications (exchange, SQL)
- Quick restore capability
- Once the initial backup is completed, from then on it's differential backups only
- Have the ability to easily copy schedules and configurations from one server to a new one
- ROI on not using tapes and tape backup systems.
- Cost of offsite storage and pickup/deliver of tapes
EVault is a cheaper and more reliable solution and has less management and moving parts than the other vendors.
