Overall Satisfaction with CATS Applicant Tracking System
I have been using CATS for several years. I was able to obtain my return of investment within 2 months. I would highly recommend a demo. Its ease to implement and ease of use is a benefit for the company that I started.

- Easy to implement
- Easy to train new users
- It could search user groups and forms
- It could have a payroll function
- It could have a better CRM
- Faster candidate retrieval.
- Increased exposure with advertising.
- It doesn't search user groups.
Price and usability. Cats is not overwhelmed with gadgets that you will not use.
