Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®

It is packaged in with my current billing platform. It's super simple to use and running reports can be done by someone with zero IT skills. Prior to SureTax, we had to log into two different interfaces to retrieve the info we needed.

Pros

  • Reporting.
  • Updating with correct USF %.
  • Remitting.

Cons

  • It's very seamless as is. Makes life very easy when reports are required.
  • We now live in one interface for all of our tax needs. That saves us a TON of time!
  • We are also much more efficient now that we have SureTax integrated into our billing platform.
Much easier to use. Reporting was one click compared to others which consumed more time.

It's great for MSPs that sell dialtone to their customers. They can use SureTax for all their other products also. Very powerful tool with very little training needed to become a pro when navigating the GUI.
