Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use CCH SureTax to calculate local state sales taxes as we are in Canada but do business in USA, we needed a partner who could facilitate computing, charging, filing and submitting local state taxes. CCH SureTax team have been on top of our project for implementing their software to connect to our ERP system.

Avalara

Avalara is a big name but fall short of expectation their software, got the attitude that they don't care and would not see through the implementation stage. They are not good for new comers.
