Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We currently use it for the U.S. and are in the process of implementing Canada. And with that said going global with Dayforce People it in the near future. Dayforce will allow us to report across the company for turnover and head count reporting, just to mention a few.

- Payroll
- Self-service
- Benefits needs to be better on the reporting side, it is hard to allow the benefits team to do their own report for audit and the many reports that are needed to out side vendors.
- The speed of the system after they moved away from Silverlight
- Developing rule for entitlements
- I can answer this question as the employees are relieved of time spent on processing paperwork and payroll. As we evolve with Dayforce we see our HR employees can do things much faster.
It is very easy, our taxes are taken care of with the work that Ceridian has done on the payroll taxation side for us. To set up eligibilities for benefits we have been very successful.
I do not have a feel for this, at my level. However, I am providing the reporting so others can make good decisions.
