Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

DayForce is being used across our entire organization - from scheduling and timekeeping to HR, Benefits, and Payroll. We are adding the recruiting and performance shortly.

Pros

  • Fully integrated
  • Customizable

Cons

  • Complete move to HTML
  • Speed of system
  • Time collection efficiencies have improved
  • Improved GL data available
Many areas are better, many not as good.
As this system is fully integrated it works well with companies with large hourly, non-exempt personnel.
