Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

DayForce is being used across our entire organization - from scheduling and timekeeping to HR, Benefits, and Payroll. We are adding the recruiting and performance shortly.

  • Customizable
  • Complete move to HTML
  • Speed of system
  • Time collection efficiencies have improved
  • Improved GL data available
We have stream-lined union reporting tasks and are currently working on verifying data for federal reporting such as VETS reporting.
Not applicable to my role.
Many areas are better, many not as good.
As this system is fully integrated it works well with companies with large hourly, non-exempt personnel.
