Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We currently use Ceridian/Dayforce for Human Resources, Benefit Management, Payroll and are currently working on rolling out on-boarding/recruiting and compensation management. Dayforce provides a perpetual live environment that is crucial to maintaining an efficient and accurate payroll. I personally LOVE that we always have a test environment - this is priceless!
  • Test environment - You can't break it! Love it!
  • Knowledge base is fantastic
  • One-stop shop for payroll/human resources
  • specific reports such as Employee Change Report - this report is cumbersome and hard to use
  • Declining balance deductions - the payments towards the deductions are processed as payroll is recalculated, rather than committed. It makes it hard to adjust if there is a small discrepancy at the end of the deduction.
  • Support is always quick to respond and very helpful, but I wish sometimes they would take the time to really read the details prior to responding.
  • Fewer payroll mistakes, which means happier employees.

Increased productivity, better communication/team work between HR and Payroll. Having a single application has allowed us to become more informed and involved in the entire package rather than a small island of information.
Compared to other payroll process products I have used, Dayforce is the best. There are always problems - which means I have a job! but I think that Dayforce is constantly evolving and striving to meet the needs of the current work force.
