Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Dayforce across our entire organization. It is great having everyone’s information on one network.

- Benefits section seem to be more complicated then it should be.
- Dayforce sometimes errors out.
- Release notes are sometimes confusing.
- Nearly no paper is used.
- We are much faster at our jobs.
- We are able to do less redundant jobs.
Dayforce has been great with our Cobra. I administer Cobra and it is so easy to assign Cobra once an employee has terminated or lost coverage.
The only constructive criticism I have is for timesheets to be faster. I sometimes have to go between people and timesheets to see information and there is usually a lag.
It is much easier to have everything in one place. We see a lot less errors and are confident that everything is managed correctly.
