Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
It is the timekeeping and payroll system for our company. Non-exempt employees use the system to clock in and out every day. All employees use it to view the pay stubs.
Pros
- Allow for some automation - example, paying certain employees a shift bonus that is coded within the time cards. Saves hours as it was manual before to obtain.
- Payroll process.
- All one system - from HR to time cards to payroll.
Cons
- Reporting - it is getting better, but still requires some tech skills. We want to be able to pull any information in the system no matter what table they are in.
- Entitlements could be a little easier to setup.
- Professional services - gets frustrating at paying for any help.
- More automated processes that had been manual before thus saving HR employee time.
- Payroll process that shows results automatically. Results in fewer errors.
- Managers have access to information that they had to call HR employees to get before.
Time savings, flow of information easy to follow, fewer corrections.
