Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is currently used within our university with well over 500 employees at any given time throughout the year. We have purchased several modules with pay being our priority. We are starting to implement HR specifc modules with the hopes of streamlining some administrative tasks and increasing the employee experience.

  • System is flexible in response to changing needs
  • French functionality is not always similar to the English functionality
  • Payroll efficiencies
Enables compliance with collective agreements.
Still a work in progress for our organization as we are still learning the tools.
Customer service support from Ceridian has allowed us to move forward more quickly than anticipated.
Well suited for mid-sized organization with limited inhouse IT support.
