Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
I run the Payroll department and have made it so it is used company-wide.. as well as for payroll.
- Employees having their own profiles seeing their pay stubs the day before payday.
- Employees able to see their vacation balance and submitting their requests through Dayforce is easy and simple.
- Employees seeing their schedules.
- Having more default functions rather then manually entering.
- When Dayforce was implemented in 2017 it was not done correctly. When I started in Jan 2019 I have been trying to get Dayforce working 100% but there are costs now due to them not properly installing the system. Example: WFM trading shifts that should have been implemented in 2017 but now we have to pay extra to get that up and running.
For overtime policies, it works great once you put the rules in place.
I think this works great. No issues.
I prefer it all in one.
