Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Using it for HR and Payroll. For US and ROW employees.
  • Easy to Import/Export data.
  • Payroll is fast and easy.
  • Templates are easy to create.
  • Open access to system files.
  • Allow automated reports to go to an FTP site instead of email accounts.
  • Have better support to assist in XML, restful services and other tools. So far the support is not helpful or knowledgeable in those areas.
  • Hard to determine ROI with support cost.
  • PS does not give a very good estimate of timing for work.
  • Timing has decreased payroll processing. Very good for ROI.
Seems difficult to show compliance to the auditors. That could be the auditors don't know the right questions to ask but even so, there is not an easy location to go to on the Ceridian website to locate this information.
We enjoy working with Ceridian products more than our other hr payroll providers.
It is well suited in a mid-range environment. It is not user-friendly in a large scale area.
