It is used by HR for process and management of Payroll, Employee Entitlements, Benefits and Total Rewards. Employees across the agency use it for time away requests and to manage their account such as address or banking changes.

I do not have much information to report on this since it is not in my authorization. I do know that recruitment maintains tracking of necessary trainings and documents such as police checks, CPR, teacher accreditation and mandatory training completion.
The real time is a valuable asset with up to the minute information for each employee. I am able to use this information to assist managers who oversee their employees.
