Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Currently use it for our benefits, time management, and payroll. Used company-wide for managers and employees. Helps to have everything in one system and unified.
  • Before Ceridian, we were using three different systems. One for payroll, one for time and attendance, and another for HR. We had to import data from one system to another so there was the potential of data dropping off. We were able to combine three systems into one with Dayforce.
  • Clear and easy to use interface.
  • Reporting issues. Pulling the wrong data from timesheets/payroll.
  • System is slow and lags.
  • Nice to combine multiple systems into one.
  • Ceridian bills for every project.
First year was rough as proper forms weren't set up. Errors had to be cleaned. Once done, reporting was a lot smoother for EEOC, 1095Cs, and year-end forms.
Easy to keep everything in one profile. For example, wage history, policies, and benefits.
Great for managers and HR admins to see everything together.
Great for employees to have access to update their own information, direct deposit, address, and contact information. Configuration is difficult. Issues with workflows/role management during integration needs to be done properly.
