Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian is our payroll/HR system that is being used across the organization. All employees and managers have access for time and attendance. It integrates HR and payroll allowing for CSOX compliance
- Web based so as long as you have Silverlight, it can be accessed anywhere.
- Recruitment module resume repository as well as sorting and filtering of resumes.
- Team Relate is quite unique and accurate.
- System is very unstable. Resumes in the recruiting module take a long time to load, kicked out of the system during workflow processing.
- Reports are just a data dump. Very difficult to actually produce unless you are intimate with all the various parts of the system (HR and Payroll).
- Not user friendly for employees and managers. They get error messages without any details. Very complicated for the employee to change the address and
- Recently the employee's ability to enter new banking information has disappeared. Overall not easy to use unless you have ha formal training or are on the
- System as part of your role every day.
- Customer service support is inconsistent and lacking in knowledge of how the system actually works. Can take upwards of a month to have an issue resolved. Knowledge center information is almost non existent, so you are forced to log an issue ticket and await support.
- Data dump reports have a negative impact on HR metric reports to senior leadership. Turnover stats by department, manager, length of service, etc. take
- Upwards of 2 days to complete.
- 5 business days needed to complete a somewhat complicated hourly and salary (with various bonuses) payroll of 210 employees.
- Employee/Manager entry issues/review issues for time and attendance (because of lack of explanation on error messages) causes 1 day per month time loss.
We do not use Ceridian for compliance within our organization.
Little to no impact.
