My experience with Ceridian Dayforce!

Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is used to manage all employees information in one module. It's used to manage time worked and allows our company to keep track of vacation, sick, etc time used. Employees are able to access their information which saves management time and allows the employee to keep track of their own vacation time available to them.

Pros

  • Its efficient and effective
  • time clock connected with program on line
  • all information in one module

Cons

  • be able to use with all windows explorers
Our organization had never used any kind of on line application. We relied on paper work and Microsoft Excel. Switching to the single use application Dayforce has saved numerous amounts of hours spent on payroll, with its effective and efficient modules. Not sure how we made through the past years without Dayforce!

Ceridian Dayforce tracks employees time and attendance which makes it easier for management to review an accurate attendance information. The data collected is used to monitor attendance, edit any problems. This helps when it is time to authorize timesheets at the end of payroll saving time to focus on other areas that need management attention.
