Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for all of our HR and Payroll needs. We implemented Dayforce in 2021, taking us from 6+ vendors to one for HR and Payroll. We love the platform and the end user ease. We have been able to not only integrate our processes, but we have been able to downsize our payroll department by 2 FTE. Customer Support is very responsive and helpful. I am very happy with the decision to go with Dayforce for our full HCM platform.

Ceridian Dayforce ensures compliance with many employment and payroll laws/requirements. This has improved productivity and efficiencies of both HR and Payroll.
The single application platform enables HR and our hiring managers to save time and make important decisions when hiring.
We previously had multiple third-party modules that did not integrate well or in some cases at all with ADP. We love having the one single platform for ease of use, less log in credentials and improved productivity and efficiencies.

Our change from our previous HRIS/Payroll vendor to Ceridian Dayforce, although a lot of work getting implemented, has been remarkable. The up to date products and the R&D that Ceridian dedicates to their product(s) is outstanding.
