Dayforce is being used across the organization and has streamlined processes and has made the HR Team more efficient.
Time and Attendance: We utilize the Dayforce punch clocks across all of our facilities, which makes time entry and time approval for payroll seamless.
Benefits: Our benefits process is now paperless, which cuts down on the administration time around enrolling employees in benefits. Employees are able to easily log in on their own time, and go through a guided benefits process. We also utilize carrier feeds so all benefits-related information is automatically sent to our carriers, eliminating the need for the Benefits Administrator from having to pull reports and send information. Benefits also integrates with Payroll for a seamless setup of Deductions and Earnings related to Benefits.
Onboarding: We have been able to mostly eliminate employee paper files by utilizing Dayforce forms and now new hire onboarding. The onboarding module is engaging and professional, and you are able to make a great first impression for your new hires. Electronic I-9 and E-verify is also integrated, which helps us stay in compliance with our I-9s.

- There is a reporting hotline, so if you have an issue creating a report you can call and get help immediately.
- Employee self-service works great.
- Would like to see more functionality around Leave of Absence Management.
- Reporting is robust but it is difficult to build more complex reports if you aren't familiar with SQL.
- We are almost completely paperless in the HR department because of Dayforce.
