Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use it for our HRIS, Payroll, benefits admin, and recruiting. Ceridian Dayforce is used in our whole organization. It helps us keep all our staff information in one place. We also utilize employee self-service capabilities for changing personal information.
- Gross to net calculations for payroll.
- Talent community-- it provides the ability to keep all applicants in one place.
- We would really like to be able to customize more in terms of applications and forms.
- It would be great for applicants to be able to save their application and come back to it later.

Yes, it pays all the regulatory bodies in a timely manner.
Prior to Dayforce, we didn't have the capabilities to see gross to net. This has helped us in situations where we have had to terminate a staff member knowing what the final check will be.
Dayforce allowed us to customize more than the other programs we looked into when we were evaluating. It allows us to not need to have multiple systems to fulfill our tasks within the organization.
