Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It solves timekeeping.

  • The approval process for change forms. It would be helpful with dept changes and role changes if you could select more than one to approve at a time.
  • The business impact was positive by taking us from a paper check to direct deposit and payroll card use with ease.
Automation of overtime and state tax withholding.
The ability to access this data in one system has been tremendous for our organization and the ability to have an NA full picture for HC.
Well suited with timekeeping but needs improvement from my experience with benefits.
