Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It solves timekeeping.

Cons

  • The approval process for change forms. It would be helpful with dept changes and role changes if you could select more than one to approve at a time.
  • The business impact was positive by taking us from a paper check to direct deposit and payroll card use with ease.
Well suited with timekeeping but needs improvement from my experience with benefits.
