Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use it as our HRIS and Payroll platform. The entire company uses it for payroll and managing leaves, and PTO. In my opinion, we are not leveraging a lot of the system despite selection 4 years ago. We are still trying to maximize usage and work smarter.

  • I think new users should be auto-scheduled for training.
  • I think xoxo and the actual platform should be merged into a single sign-on system.
  • We are rolling out additional modules to become less paper-reliant in the areas of onboarding, learning, and performance.
I think it’s strong on the payroll compliance side.
We honestly are not leveraging the system to the best of its ability and are looking forward to maximizing its potential and ROI.
I have always used one system so not sure how much I can add here. I’ve been with the current company for only a short period of time.
From a payroll perspective, it is easy to commit payroll. However, reporting could be easier and usage below the HR level could be less intimidating.
