Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use it as our HRIS and Payroll platform. The entire company uses it for payroll and managing leaves, and PTO. In my opinion, we are not leveraging a lot of the system despite selection 4 years ago. We are still trying to maximize usage and work smarter.

- It takes time for us to match up with the right analyst to help us close tickets.
- I think new users should be auto-scheduled for training.
- I think xoxo and the actual platform should be merged into a single sign-on system.
- We are rolling out additional modules to become less paper-reliant in the areas of onboarding, learning, and performance.
I have always used one system so not sure how much I can add here. I’ve been with the current company for only a short period of time.
