Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
It is being used as the company-wide for our HR system, WFM, Payroll, and Performance. It helps control labor costs.
Pros
- Dayforce is great at WFM using their schedules and timesheets.
- Employees can easily use it because of how intuitive it is.
- The system is extremely stable with no downtime for us in the last 3 years.
Cons
- Customer Support takes way too long to answer questions. Their m.o. is two days to respond with "We are looking at your issue and will get back to you in 2 days," which makes it four days.
- Their Professional Services feature is wildly overpriced.
- Positive - Able to go paperless.
We selected Ceridian because it allows us to make quicker decisions and is easy to find information on a specific employee.
