Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
The entire organization is using Dayforce but heavily within HR. It addresses timesheets, performance, payroll, recruiting, reporting.
- Payroll - easily can view timesheets and edit
- Recruiting - easy to screen and source candidates
- Performance - easily accessed reviews
- Reporting - very slow feature
- Workflow Management - not easy on the eyes
- Recruiting - sometimes adding more words to names actually includes more people instead of limiting the search
- It is way easier to have all of our information on Dayforce where the right people can view the info.
Enables compliance with state withholding, overtime policies, etc.
It is easy to view past employees' rates to help with compensation.
I prefer Dayforce versus third-party modules.
