The entire organization is using Dayforce but heavily within HR. It addresses timesheets, performance, payroll, recruiting, reporting.

Reporting - very slow feature
Workflow Management - not easy on the eyes
Recruiting - sometimes adding more words to names actually includes more people instead of limiting the search

It is way easier to have all of our information on Dayforce where the right people can view the info.

Enables compliance with state withholding, overtime policies, etc.

It is easy to view past employees' rates to help with compensation.

I prefer Dayforce versus third-party modules.

Dayforce all around is pretty simple to navigate. The only issue I would say is certain features like workflow are very slow.

Dayforce rocks!
