Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll use Ceridian Dayforce as our system of record for employees and our payroll processing system.
  • Identifies applicable tax jurisdictions based on employee addresses
  • Retros back pay changes
  • Cannot set up delivery packages to different locations, must be by pay group only, which doesn't work for all companies
  • Navigation is difficult to learn
  • Very customizable which can make it difficult to obtain thorough training, resulting in inefficient processes.
Ceridian assists in identifying correct tax jurisdictions, which assists in complicated tax compliance.
It is much easier to have one system of record versus trying to combine data from a variety of modules.
Cerdian is well suited for payroll processing of retro adjustments.
