Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It's being used for records management, benefits, and payroll (timekeeping, PTO, etc).

PPACA, Union Rules, different pay rules for different locations, multiple state withholdings.
We don't use Dayforce for hiring, we use iCIMS. It's tricky for tracking hours in "real time" there's a lot of estimating involved. Scheduling, works really well if you use it properly. Comp & benefits has saved our comp and benefits team countless hours.
I love the team relate module for relating to my direct reports. I do not like the difference between "MyHR" and "People".
