Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is currently being used by our entire organization. Since implementation, we have seen a huge decrease in the amount of manual work and an increase in accuracy. Our employees love being able to update or submit forms and have their payment information at their fingertips with the mobile app.

Dayforce allows us the capability to track hours worked and pay, as well as the ability to produce various reports that are requested throughout the year for managers and audits.
Dayforce has allowed us the ability to quickly run reports to see what our headcounts are by department, as well as to run compensation detail by department to distribute to managers when it is time for annual salary increases.
In our previous experience, we only used one third party module for our payroll system, and it was used to complete our year-end tax forms. We have only completed one year of W-2's & 1095's since moving to Dayforce, but the experience was a lot less painful than it was with our previous system.
Dayforce has allowed us to be more compliant and has taken away many manual processes we had in our previous system.
