Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for employee information management and payroll. It is used across the organization. This product helps each department manager understand and efficiently manage the staff in each department. It also permits HR to best manage benefits, payroll, and vacation time. Ceridian Dayforce addresses our need to compare staff hours with building usage and to determine how best to utilize staff hours.

  • We miss our customer success manager
  • $4,000 in change fees
  • Zero compatibility with our preferred onboarding software
  • Global changes have made raises and minimum-wage raises a piece of cake
  • Uses so much less paper
  • Huge return on investment in ability to run off-cycle pays
This definitely saves staff time.
WorkBright, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
  • Great report generating capabilities
  • Easily grows with our company
  • Very adaptable
  • Retroactive payroll changes, predicting payroll, and comparisons are made easier
  • Terrific for benefits management
  • System permits our managers to track staffing and compare to anticipated customer needs
  • Difficult to interface with other products outside the Ceridian system.
  • Might not be well suited to a system with rapid changes, as it is expensive to make system changes
