Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Yes, the system is used across the business and is ok overall.

Pros

  • Admin tools
  • Variety of modules
  • Ease of use for some systems

Cons

  • Support
  • Communication training during implementation.
  • Better updated training.
  • Too many manual processes and too hard to fix.
  • Charge for very minor changes.
  • At least all in one.
Good to have all in one.
Good for all-in-one systems as long as your Implementation team works together. The disconnect between module setup was very disappointing.
