There are certain provincial legislation's that Ceridian is not able to handle and that doesn't seem right. As an example. Quebec rules around vacation; this system cannot accrue or disperse it properly without having professional services build it. In our case, we paid for this once, but when the year rolled over, it did not roll over as per legislation and we had to do it manual for over 1000 employees. We have now been asked to have professional services create it again.
