Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Employee management, payroll, benefits, recruiting. All services are used across the company of 6500 employees in various States and Provinces across North America.

  • Benefits - missing security around beneficiaries
  • PPACA is difficult
  • Custom forms
  • A lot of hidden costs
  • Streamlines processes for various entities
  • Misinformation about certain products have resulted in manual rework
  • The support team offers great service
It's nice having things all together and does simplify decision making.
It is all in one. Easy to use for various Provinces and States. I like how most aspects are integrated with each other which makes things easier.
