Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Employee management, payroll, benefits, recruiting. All services are used across the company of 6500 employees in various States and Provinces across North America.

  • Misinformation about certain products have resulted in manual rework
  • The support team offers great service
There are certain provincial legislation's that Ceridian is not able to handle and that doesn't seem right. As an example. Quebec rules around vacation; this system cannot accrue or disperse it properly without having professional services build it. In our case, we paid for this once, but when the year rolled over, it did not roll over as per legislation and we had to do it manual for over 1000 employees. We have now been asked to have professional services create it again.
It's nice having things all together and does simplify decision making.

It is all in one. Easy to use for various Provinces and States. I like how most aspects are integrated with each other which makes things easier.
