Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

I predominantly use the Learning module of Ceridian Dayforce. I assisted in the implementation and roll out and current help administer the LMS as a whole. Additionally, I use the Reporting module to track various learnings and supply departments with basic user reports. I also use Ceridian Dayforce as an Employee.
  • Cohesive feel and look throughout modules
  • On time system notifications.
  • One stop shop for the company.
  • Constant updates that are hard to keep up with
  • Difficult implementation process that did not leave me feeling prepared to administer the system
  • Not very responsive help provided

Having and knowing your company’s processes can be both a positive and a hindrance. From the LmS perspective, functionality may not fit processes that are already in place. Be prepared to find new solutions to your learning processes.
