Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use the core Ceridian Dayforce modules for recruiting, payroll, benefits, learning, and workforce management needs. Ceridian Dayforce allows us to house our people processes in one system. We implemented Ceridian Dayforce Wallet earlier this year, which enabled a large percentage of our workforce to be paid when they wanted. We are currently planning to implement additional modules within the next year.
  • Recruiting--we are able to track candidates through the application to hiring process and hire them as an employee in a seamless manner.
  • The scheduling, time away, and entitlement pieces work very well together, which enables us to pay our team members accurately and timely!
  • As we are continuing to learn the system, the online resources, including the community portal allows us to find the resources and answers to our questions quickly.
  • The ability to tie our backend general ledger to the payroll/scheduling process.
  • Integrating the HireRight process more closely to reduce the need to use the external portal.
  • The release process can be challenging to keep up with.
  • End user productivity savings
  • Accuracy and efficiency with payroll process.
  • Benefits administration.
Being able to set up the system to meet our unique needs allows us to be more compliant.
We can easily see if we have a rehire, easily see the employment history, etc. so that we can make informed decisions.
The ease of having all pieces on one platform is such a great employee and manager experience!
