Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

Dayforce is used for labor demand projections, employee scheduling and time away from work management for more than four thousand employees in almost ninety locations.
  • Using algorithms designed in partnership with Ceridian Dayforce is able to consistently project labor demand by work area based on forecasted traffic.
  • The Dayforce mobile app is an employee favorite. With anytime anywhere easy access to schedules and time away from work requests employees often exclusively use the app.
  • On one hand, Dayforce includes considerable options for customization. On the other hand, it is not completely uncommon that Dayforce seems to be missing functionality to meet customization for individual business needs.
  • Support for Dayforce is very quick to respond and initiate work on issues though at times issues take longer than anticipated to resolve.
  • Dayforce has allowed consistent labor demand projecting across multiple facilities.
  • Dayforce provides visibility to effectiveness of employee staff scheduling against project labor demands.
  • Dayforce allows our employees easy mobile app access to their time away from work and work schedules.
We continue to use multiple solutions including Dayforce. Looking forward the opportunity to continue to combine and leverage a solution that is a one-stop-shop is something to look forward to.
The Dayforce interface is user-friendly. We have appreciated the continual upgrading and improvement of the solution. Ceridian is receptive and responsive to suggestions made related to requested future enhancements.
