Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

We are using Ceridian Dayforce HCM in the Human Resources and Payroll/Accounting departments. Human Resources uses DayForce in many facets, from running reports on employee metrics, housing our employee information, data entry, to having our employees use the self-service portion of the Benefits which has greatly reduced our paper waste consumption. Payroll/Accounting uses DayForce in conjunction with Kronos to pay and track employees time and accurately supply paychecks and information to our employees.
  • One of the strengths of DayForce is the report writing capabilities.
  • Another strength of DayForce is the self-service benefits they offer for employees.
  • A great strength of DayForce is the ease of use for the program.
  • The implementation process is tedious.
  • It has freed up the time our the administrators that input daily data entry.
Unsure, we are still implementing.
Ceridian Dayforce HCM is well suited for companies that are looking for a well-rounded program that offers human resources and payroll capabilities in one.
