Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

Ceridian Dayforce is being used across our whole organization. The business issues that Dayforce has resolved are transparency and data integrity.
  • Dayforce is a very robust system that can handle all our company needs plus more.
  • Having all employees have access to their own records makes the paperwork administration minimal.
  • The customer support is great.
  • Payroll processing is very easy.
  • Mobile app needs work with restricting employees' use on their timesheets
  • There could be a couple easy reports employees could run to see all their HR history at a glance.
  • Heading towards being paperless
  • Employees can request time off at home instead of using work time to fill out paper
Dayforce is very diligent with compliance. The system is updated right away with any changes to taxes etc.
Managers have reports that they can now run themselves. They use the reports to decide if there are new hires needed or raises due.
The impact for us is that the audit process has been reduced and is a big time saver. There is no longer a need to balance the time and attendance import.
As the whole organization (both USA and Canada) use the same system it is easy to flip from one employee's records to another.
