Overall Satisfaction with ChannelReply
ChannelReply simplifies the way we communicate in the marketplaces. Most of the marketplaces require integration with the help desks. ChannelReply gets rid of such integrations and connects your help desk to the related marketplaces. Its setup is easy to use. When you setup it the users do not need to login to the dashboard. All communication between the help desk and the marketplace proceed smoothly.

Actually, both software are not rival systems. They complete each other. I use both of them to contact the different inboxes. ChannelReply is not the primary system that you can communicate with the customers. On the other hand, if you do not use it you can lost some of the emails that are sent from the marketplaces.
