Overall Satisfaction with Chartio
We use Chartio to share live performance information to everyone in the business, this answers general questions like "how many users did we have yesterday" and also specific much more detailed product performance questions for product managers and developers
- Simple and intuitive to add charts/dashboards
- Looks good
- Nice visualisation options
- Error messages could be more helpful
- Greater configurability of graphs, axes etc
I wasn't involved in selection/evaluation.
The only other tool I've used was Business Objects which was much less intuitive for a basic user
