Overall Satisfaction with Chartio

Chartio is being used to track our metrics for each city that we operate in. It is being used by our regional managers to help track different sets of data across the board for individuals that work with the company as well as segments of different markets.

Pros

  • Easy to read and interpret
  • Great sets of charts and graphs
  • Able to export large amounts of data that can be easily used in different platforms.

Cons

  • Crashes from time to time with different data pieces (this may not be Chartio's fault)
  • Does not directly plug in to other parts of our system (which would be difficult to execute anyways)
I think it provides our company with access to most things that we need.
I think Chartio gives valuable information in a clear and concise way that is easy to read, interpret, and export.
