Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Board Series
We both use and sell Cisco Board Series pro units and they are great we have 1 in our office and it’s a great collaboration tool and now they do a native Microsoft Teams experience it is a massive edition to be able to help your business with collaboration using Microsoft Teams with the backend extended power of the Cisco platform

- Collaboaration
- White boarding
Cons
- The online management platform is still requiring a little development but is actively being worked on which is great
- Cost and licences but I guess this is true for every Cisco product
- We use them almost the same entire way through the business from pre sales engineering to post sales technical and I’m sure the marketing team and such use them for marketing exercises also
Most common likeness we get met with here is Microsoft surface hub and I don’t even think they are comparable at this point the interop power of adding multiple calling platforms is great in the Cisco Board Series unit and unmatched I believe
