Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Business Edition 4000

We evaluated the Cisco BE 4000 for one of remote offices which was on Legacy PBX, and was planned for VoIP migration to include Voice and Video calling, Messaging, Customer Care, Voicemail along with fax and other UC features, looking for a faster deployment solution, and since Cisco BE 4000 is in the same market range of products for our requirements.

It is a optimal solution for for SMB businesses and supports up to a maximum of 200 IP Phones. For customers looking for larger user group, Cisco BE 6000 or BE7000 would be a better option.

Cisco BE 4000 is well suited for organizations with 200 or fewer users or looking to migrate remote offices with these many users, with requirements for basic calling and voicemail, which can be cloud managed and controlled. It provides the basic essential features as auto-attendant for reception, parking a call, holding a call and transferring calls to other departments, hunt groups for support, single number reach functionality for sales and marketing folks.
