Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Switches

  • Catalyst 3560-CX Series
Cisco Catalyst 3560-CS Series Switches are used to [connect] our data center and Internet of Things (IoT) networking. It’s widely used in many divisions at our companies. They can provide the best protocols and services possible and [ensure] the highest level of service for our customers. In offices with low net drop density, this compact switch is ideal. When a small network pop-up window is needed, these are the widgets to use. These ports can have 8-12 ports, plus two uplink ports in copper or fiber. Also, they have passive cooling, so we can use them in places where noisy fans are not wanted. Network or department connections can make from distribution switches to users’ LANs.
  • Simple administration, low occurrence rates, and a wide range of deployment options make it ideal for use in virtually any networking environment.
  • Great features and good performance combine to form a small and quiet factor.
  • Servers, printers, and PCs can connect via the Cisco Switch's auto smart ports, allowing zero-touch provisioning of edge devices.
  • [There are] almost no problems to speak of—a few minor hiccups here and there, but nothing major. Also, managing licenses can be difficult, and licenses can be quite expensive.
  • The switches can get hot, but that is well managed, and they could have a few more features. They can run hot at times, but that is well managed.
  • A network that's more efficient and adaptable to business growth and change, as needed.
  • Better wireless and network performance than predecessor hardware.
  • Helping to reduce downtime, as well as the amount of power and space used.
Our business relies on the Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX Series [Switches] as an access layer because it is dependable and consistent. Because our infrastructure is reliable and uptime allowed, virtualization has enabled us to scale. With these, we can easily connect to virtual servers and workstations. Using automation to streamline our routine tasks is an excellent way to make our jobs go faster. Being able to complete the task has become increasingly important as increasing demands and an increased number of tasks to complete[ly] squeeze our time.
Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX Series Switches meet our company’s needs. Their adaptable features allow us to customize them for our unique needs. Even though it may take us longer than if we deployed each device individually, it is still much more convenient than if you deployed ten or more devices at once. These tools enable scalability, which saves both time and resources.
Our top choice is Cisco [Catalyst 3560-CX Series Switches] because of the ease with which we can manage multiple VLANs. Other switches with a comparable design may be prohibitively expensive. The stability and capabilities of these switches are far superior to those of the more affordable models. Concerning the price, Cisco [Catalyst 3560-CX Series Switches] devices appear to be superior because they provide more configuration options.

Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX Series Switches are suitable for the core, the Internet of Things [IoT], and some perimeter scenarios. Despite their versatility, they [Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX Series Switches] lack ports and therefore cannot [be] use[d] in all network scenarios. It’s perfect for shelves that aren’t too big. Being so quiet and discrete allows it to be used almost anywhere. With the SFP+ ports, it can handle very high loads. You’ll have to look elsewhere for multi-gigabit wireless solutions that work with multiple APs. Uplink uses both copper and fiber, and they both work well.
