The APs we have deployed work extremely well and generally we do not have performance issues.
The scalability hinges on the use of the wireless controller. The architecture of the WLC is somewhat limiting to scalability in its default configuration; the default hamper good roaming and therefore the quality of the service.
The implementation of the 9100 APs took no additional time past the configuraiton of the new wireless controllers.
Not sure what this question means, but I would say that the WLCs that we have allow us to provide network coverage across some 300+ buildings to 60000+ users.
Of all the different APs that I have implemented the Cisco APs are still the most feature rich. The analytics that they provide sets them apart from all other vendors I have tested.
Cisco APs work extremely well in both indoor and outdoor settings. The RRM function generally works well to set channels and transmit power appropriately. Bridged P2P networks however, are likely too simple for such advanced APs.
