These days [I am] looking to integrate a monitoring system for my switches because that will allow me to have a good vision of my direction.
Currently working with 4500 and 2960xr switches allows me to segrate and keep a high level of security in my network, in an 24/7 environment.

For manufacturing I found these switches as an alternative for daily use, in which you get an awesome experience. As an IT engineer, [I find it has] easy configuration, good high security level and high speed performance.
