This Headset is really easy to use. It's simple enough for even non-techies to figure out how to utilize it. It offers a simple and clear setup process that allows it to be up and running quickly. Device administration is made easier for IT with automatic software upgrades, diagnostics, and analytics.
[Its] sound quality is best, I have used it in a workspace full of people; still, the audio was great. We use it mostly for conference meetings and support our clients via audio [calls].
The headband is slightly unusual when I face [the] mic towards my face, there's no gap in between. Also, earpads hurt my big ears.
