Cisco Headset 500 Series

Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

Our company uses a range of Cisco headsets, including the 500 series. With the conventional 500 series base, you may roam up to 300 feet thanks to DECT technology. There's on-ear control no attachment required and a specialized 48-kHz music mode. The auto-answering features of the 561/562 are useful [features]. Calls will be automatically answered if the Headset is not docked, and the call will be ended if the Headset is placed on the dock or base.
  • Crystal clear audio quality.
  • Easy setup.
  • Zero compatibility issues till date.
  • The prices are over the roof.
  • Ear pads are slightly uncomfortable when used for long time.
  • Should provide extra earpads with the Headset.
  • Excellent sound quality.
  • Noise suppression can be [improved].
  • The item is quite expensive for a small organization.
This Headset is really easy to use. It's simple enough for even non-techies to figure out how to utilize it. It offers a simple and clear setup process that allows it to be up and running quickly. Device administration is made easier for IT with automatic software upgrades, diagnostics, and analytics.
[Its] sound quality is best, I have used it in a workspace full of people; still, the audio was great. We use it mostly for conference meetings and support our clients via audio [calls].
The headband is slightly unusual when I face [the] mic towards my face, there's no gap in between. Also, earpads hurt my big ears.

The Cisco Headset 530 Series, which I utilized, provides rich sound and effective noise isolation, making it an excellent choice for telecommunications in noisy, open environments. Users may effortlessly plug and detach the Headset as needed during shift changes or breaks thanks to the in-line, high-cycle fast disconnect. It has a variety of options for connecting to devices, including USB and RJ-9 connections.
