Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

I use Cisco Headsets for our remote and office workers for Webex Calling/meetings, etc. The excellent noise cancelation is possibly the best feature. Even in very noisy environments, it produces excellent voice quality. The battery life is excellent. And if it’s empty, it charges very quickly. In a few minutes of charging, you get several hours of use.
  • Noise cancelation
  • Battery life
  • Build quality
  • The fit is not great for people with glasses. The clamp design hurt the ears.
  • It could be folded in a smaller size for traveling
  • It’s pricy
  • Users can work almost anywhere
  • Headsets seem to be well built.
  • High quality headsets equal happy users
What can I say. We don’t receive any questions setting up the headsets. The wired headsets are plug and play. The BT headsets are also very easy to connect.
The audio quality is excellent. But the killer feature is the noise cancelation. Even though the microphone is not directly located at the speakers mouth, the voice is filtered out the background noise.
I have personal experience with a few different headsets. So I think I can compare and have more to say about headsets.

Do you think Cisco Headsets delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Cisco Headsets's feature set?

Yes

Did Cisco Headsets live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Cisco Headsets go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco Headsets again?

Yes

The Cisco Headsets excel in noisy evironments. It continually exceeds my expectations of what the headset is capable of regarding noise cancellation. This is specifically for the far end because the headsets we use are on-ear therefor the noise is not filtered out for the person using the headset. The on ear headsets are not great for people that wear glasses due to the clamp design.
